Who we are

What we collect

When you send a form we get your name, phone number, email if you give it, where the work is, and anything you choose to tell us about the job. We also note which page you sent it from and, if you came from an ad, the ad's tracking codes. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that chat.

How your enquiry reaches us

The form is run for us by TradeForce, the company that built and looks after this website. When you send it, TradeForce passes your enquiry to Darren by WhatsApp (or by text if WhatsApp fails) and by email, on our behalf, and keeps a copy so the enquiry is not lost. TradeForce does not use your details for anything else.

What we use it for

Only to answer your enquiry and give you a price. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone to market to you.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your enquiry or job, and for the records the law asks a business to keep.

Cookies

This site sets nothing until you choose in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google may set cookies so we can see which of our ads bring enquiries and show our ads to people who visited. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing darren@doncontracts.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
